Refund & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send us your order number .You will receive your prepaid label via email once you have completed the return request.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will indicate you the locations. After received the item we will exchange to you.
To return your product, you should mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will indicate you the return locations. After received the item we will refund to you.
Note: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are announced to us via email. Tracking information is needed. Please send us via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Additional return details: If during the return process you notice that the item you are wanting to return is not appearing or you cannot select it, that means the item does not qualify for a return or exchange .
We only accept a return of defective goods or goods distinctly different from the description.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
Incase damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery via support service.

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. If you do not email us within 24 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5- 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
